About the role
- Lead the Transaction Swimlane end-to-end, managing six PMs and product teams
- Act as the Core Extension UX Product Manager, personally owning the most critical in-wallet transaction flows, performance and setting the quality bar for user experience.
- Set and drive a clear product strategy anchored in user jobs-to-be-done, first principles, and measurable outcomes tied to transaction volume, transaction success rate, monetization and funds lost incidents.
- Translate product strategy within the Swimlane into crisp and aligned roadmaps in every team. Ensure prioritization and execution that delivers determined outcomes.
- Align deeply with Design, Data and Engineering to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
- Be the visible owner of Transaction Swimlane, holding teams accountable, making hard trade-offs, and maintaining urgency without sacrificing trust, quality or reliability.
Requirements
- Previous Crypto Wallet experience.
- Proven experience leading multiple product teams in complex products, ideally within Crypto.
- Strong player-coach instincts. Comfortable operating at director level while still diving into the details of: UX, technical implementations, and decisions where it matters most.
- World-class product judgment grounded in user empathy and design-thinking.
- A track record of driving monetized products without degrading user trust or experience.
- Clear, authoritative communication and the ability to create focus, momentum, and accountability across senior stakeholders.
