About the role
- Partner with Product + Engineering early to clarify requirements, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze and interpret business requirements and end-user feedback and apply analysis to the testing process
- Plan, develop, document and implement test cases/plans based on existing specifications and technical requirements
- Build automation test frameworks and tools
- Build and execute test automation scripts
- Perform user interface, functional, integration and regression testing
Requirements
- 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manual and automated testing, preferably in a startup
- Strong understanding of QA methodology and the Software Development Life-cycle
- Experience in using JavaScript, Python or any other programming language for test automation
- Strong communication skills in English language (speaking and writing)
- Experience in Jenkins, Cypress, Angular or Django are a plus
