About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle incoming calls, emails and tickets through the incident management system
- Triage and diagnose technical incidents
- Assist users remotely (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, SCCM, etc.)
- Resolve incidents or escalate to the appropriate teams
- Log and track tickets in the ITSM tool
- Prioritize requests based on their criticality
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure follow-up until full resolution
- Update the knowledge base
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bac / Bac+2 in IT (BTS SIO, DUT, etc.) or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in helpdesk support or user support
- Technical skills — Workstations: Windows 10 / 11
- Ticketing tools: ServiceNow, GLPI, Jira (or equivalent)
- Directory services: Active Directory
- Email: Office 365 / Exchange
- Remote tools: TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop
- Networking: basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN
