About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintenir la plateforme SFMC en condition opérationnelle
- Qualifier, traiter et suivre les tickets
- Faire escalader vers Salesforce ou l’intégrateur si besoin
- Surveiller les flux de données
- Développements SFMC (principalement AMPscript, SQL, JS)
- Paramétrage des campagnes / parcours
- Déploiement en préprod & prod
- Documentation technique
- Dossier d’exploitation
- Capitalisation des connaissances
- Travail avec chef de projet, responsable applicatif, production
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Compétences techniques en Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Expérience confirmée en AMPscript
- Compétences en SQL
- Bonus apprécié : CI/CD (GitLab)
- Formation BAC +4 / +5 en informatique / SI
- Certificats Salesforce Admin & Dev (bonus apprécié)
