About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a key role in guiding customers through successful implementation journeys
Keep projects on track, on time, and within budget
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Unblock and tackle developers and remove dependencies
Identify risks, conceptualize multiple scenarios, and chart a path to success
Act as the client’s primary contact on projects and radiate information and transparency
Report weekly to the manager on project health and status updates to clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in project management or other applicable roles
Advanced to fluent English communication skills
Direct work experience in the digital realm and knowledge of development project life cycles
Direct work experience with a variety of software development methodologies and project management tools, i.e., SCRUM/Agile and Kanban.
