About the role
- Identify, assess and evaluate project ideas
- Prepare communication (e.g. workshops, presentations, etc.) for senior executives applying a results driven approach
- Manage client relationships and align stakeholders
- Lead and drive projects and guide junior colleagues, assisting them with their work
- Have direct responsibility for one or more work streams or projects
- Travel based on project requirements
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with C-level stakeholders to drive business change
- Lead and develop teams and individual members to create new business solutions via data-driven insights
- Identify and seize opportunities at the client and within Metyis in an entrepreneurial environment
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in the energy sector
- 4 years of experience in ESG and sustainability, focused on regulatory compliance projects (CCRD – double materiality, taxonomy, green finance, etc.)
- Over 5 years of consulting experience with relevant industry experience in financial services (banking or insurance)
- At least 1 year at a project lead level
- Team leadership experience
- Strong management and communication skills, with ability to align stakeholders and influence senior clients
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and take ownership of quality and outcomes
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; demonstrated by high academic achievements
- Experience developing advanced business models, analytical frameworks, and long-term strategies
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements
