About the role
- Build a weekly 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
- Model AR collections using aging and assumptions
- Model payroll timing for: W-2 employees, 1099 and Corp-to-Corp consultants, Paid-as-Paid contractor logic
- Incorporate AP, recurring expenses, and annual subscriptions
- Build base and downside scenarios
- Include minimum cash threshold alerts and credit availability
- Provide documentation and hand-off instructions
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in:
- FP&A
- Financial modeling
- Cash flow forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with:
- AR aging
- Payroll-heavy businesses
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working with US-based stakeholders
