• Ensure the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of supplier and purchasing master data
• Design, standardize, and optimize master data processes, focusing on governance, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, automate workflows, and support transformation initiatives
• Develop and maintain global standards, policies, and business rules for supplier and purchasing master data

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in policy, process, controls, and technology.
• Develop and implement quick-win initiatives, such as data cleanup and procedural updates, to streamline operations ahead of the S/4HANA migration.
• Assess and enhance process controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Standardize procedures to promote consistency across regions, categories, and user groups.
• Design and deploy a global Direct Procurement template that integrates seamlessly with Plan-to-Make and Quote-to-Cash functions.
