About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead commercial transformation initiatives, including review of processes, tools, organizational structure, and performance metrics.
Lead automation and artificial intelligence initiatives within the commercial process, focusing on productivity gains and improved decision quality.
Participate in cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Lead the evolution of customer base segmentation, guiding commercial focus based on potential, profitability, and purchasing behavior.
Identify opportunities for revenue and margin growth, directing expansion, cross-sell, and commercial prioritization actions.
Conduct strategic analyses of the portfolio and contracts, supporting renewal, exit, and commercial positioning decisions.
Support and influence the definition of commercial and pricing policies, based on market, competitor, and profitability analyses.
Translate data and analyses into practical recommendations for commercial teams and leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
Previous experience in Commercial Intelligence, Commercial Planning, or related areas;
Experience in a B2B environment;
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (data modeling, analysis, and visualization);
Experience in structuring, automating, and analyzing data (data cleaning, consolidation, and insight generation);
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools, with a focus on pipeline analysis and commercial performance;
Intermediate English;
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and automation applications applied to commercial processes.
