About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides advisory and preventive legal support to business units on a variety of matters
Drafts, analyzes, and reviews commercial and operational contracts
Manages judicial and administrative litigation
Adopts and proposes Legal Operations practices
Coordinates the internal legal team, developing technical and behavioral competencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Law with active Brazilian Bar membership (OAB)
Postgraduate degree
At least 10 years in senior and/or leadership positions
Strong technical expertise to perform the position's responsibilities
Solid knowledge of Corporate Law
Experience in judicial and administrative litigation
Broad experience across areas such as compliance, data protection, corporate, labor/employment, tax, and related fields
Proficiency with legal management tools and software
Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)
