About the role

  • Further development of our CRM solution (Microsoft Dynamics) in close coordination with the events teams
  • Capturing, qualifying and prioritizing requirements from the events teams
  • Point of contact for questions regarding system usage
  • Preparation of cost‑benefit analyses and test cases

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Economics, Computer Science or a comparable field
  • Experience in the functional support or further development of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering is an advantage
