About the role

  • Project responsibility from the initial idea and sketching, through design planning to the completed project for temporary structures at trade fairs, events and congresses
  • Design, planning, visualization, cost estimation and project management of spatial concepts for exhibition presentations
  • Central point of contact for national and international clients and service providers
  • Commissioning and coordination of required trades/subcontractors
  • Review and evaluation of quotes
  • Participation in contract awards, cost control and invoice verification
  • On-site construction management (predominantly in Berlin), possibly worldwide
  • Client consulting and account management

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture, or alternatively proven experience in the described field
  • Experience in design/conception and execution of brand activations/brand staging
  • Demonstrable experience in exhibition stand construction and/or (interior) spatial planning
  • Ideally relevant experience acting as client/project owner across service phases 1–9
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks, as well as 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp and/or ArCon
  • Confident user of MS Office 365
  • Business-fluent German (minimum C1 level)
  • English skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Additional foreign languages are an advantage
