About the role
- Lead the procurement of construction and planning services
- Manage and further develop a small team
- Conduct bidder meetings and negotiations
- Identify and realize savings, standardization and optimization potential
- Advise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and process participants to optimize procurement processes
- Contribute to the further development of supplier management
Requirements
- Degree (University of Applied Sciences or University) in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the construction sector or in procurement of construction services
- Solid technical and commercial knowledge related to construction
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, building law, quality standards, contract law, cost estimation and controlling
- Experience building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships
- Very good IT skills, especially MS Office, SAP S/4HANA, and experience with current tendering tools
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
