About the role

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies for Messe Berlin events in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Plan, coordinate and manage all necessary marketing activities in cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as external creative and media agencies
  • Continuously optimize marketing activities based on analyses of defined KPIs; derive and present actionable recommendations
  • Advise project teams on performance-optimized marketing and communications campaigns
  • Act as an internal driver for current marketing trends
  • Provide strategic counsel on the management of the Messe Berlin brands
  • Budget planning, monitoring and coordination with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent qualification; or several years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid professional experience in managing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns, ideally with a B2B focus
  • Proven hands-on experience in integrated media planning
  • Strong conceptual skills and experience working across disciplines and channels
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Experience in strategic brand management
  • Good PC skills (MS Office)
  • Business-fluent German and very good English skills
