About the role
- Develop integrated marketing strategies for Messe Berlin events in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Plan, coordinate and manage all necessary marketing activities in cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as external creative and media agencies
- Continuously optimize marketing activities based on analyses of defined KPIs; derive and present actionable recommendations
- Advise project teams on performance-optimized marketing and communications campaigns
- Act as an internal driver for current marketing trends
- Provide strategic counsel on the management of the Messe Berlin brands
- Budget planning, monitoring and coordination with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent qualification; or several years of relevant professional experience
- Solid professional experience in managing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns, ideally with a B2B focus
- Proven hands-on experience in integrated media planning
- Strong conceptual skills and experience working across disciplines and channels
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems
- Experience in strategic brand management
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills
