About the role
- Assist in the preparation, execution and settlement of guest events
- Support the commissioning and coordination of internal service providers and trades
- Assist in preparing and coordinating all project-related activities with clients, external service providers and authorities
- Support the development and implementation of operational concepts (e.g., room allocation/space planning)
- Assist with organizer and exhibitor support
- Assist in monitoring and controlling project progress
- Assist with project invoicing and financial reconciliation
- Prepare project-related figures and data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (e.g., BA) or a vocational qualification with equivalent competencies acquired through substantial relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in event management
- Basic methodological knowledge in project planning, management and control
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Good PC skills (particularly MS Office, SAP, internet)
