About the role
- Manage EU-wide procurement processes
- Support the process from requirements identification through contract award
- Provide commercial oversight during contract execution
- Conduct national tendering procedures
- Provide procurement-related support to business units
- Conduct negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IHK-certified Fachwirt qualification with several years of professional experience in purchasing services
- Good knowledge of EU procurement law
- Some experience in public-sector procurement
- Purchasing experience in the services category
- Strong user-level skills in MS Office and SAP R/3 MM
- Good command of English
- Several years of experience in independently managing projects
