About the role
- Independent management of EU-wide procurement processes as well as complex national procedures
- Support from the identification of needs through to contract award
- Technical and cost plausibility checks of specifications and bills of quantities
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during the contract term
- Procurement-related support for specialist departments in the area of construction and planning services
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the construction sector or in procurement of construction services
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., VOB/A, BGB, GWB, HOAI)
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1), good English skills
- Strong user skills with the MS Office suite and SAP S/4HANA
