About the role

  • Head the procurement function for Technology & IT, including related services to be procured
  • Lead and further develop a small team
  • Conduct bidder meetings and negotiations, taking procurement law into account
  • Handle contract amendments, including associated negotiations
  • Advise and coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement processes

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree (University of Applied Sciences or University) with a focus on Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the procurement of goods and services
  • Strong knowledge in the IT and services categories, IT law, contract law, and controlling
  • Very good IT skills, especially MS Office and SAP S/4HANA
  • Very good German and good English skills (C1 and B1 respectively), both written and spoken
