About the role
- Management of ticketing and preparation of sales statistics
- Revising layouts and creating texts for processes in the customer journey
- Briefing and coordination of audiovisual services for DMEA
- Managing barter partners
- Database maintenance and organization; research tasks, e.g. on new exhibitors
- Independently creating targeted mailings
- Coordination of market research
- Managing own exhibition area on the trade fair floor (associations – acquisition/organization)
- Managing DMEA accompanying events
- Supporting website maintenance
- Point of contact for data protection/privacy matters
- Induction and supervision of trainees in room rental
- Briefing on furnishing and equipment for rooms and seminar areas
- Supporting project management with cost calculations and the preparation of presentations
Requirements
- Completed commercial training/apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on business/economics or communications
- Languages: German (native level), English (business fluent)
- IT skills: strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Desirable: experience in event organization
