About the role

  • Consulting clients: Selecting and implementing Atlassian tools within their organizations.
  • Customization and configuration: Performing client-specific adjustments and configurations of Atlassian tools and evaluating possible add-ons.
  • Training and workshops: Teaching employees how to use Atlassian tools through workshops and training sessions.
  • Requirements management: Creating and documenting client requirements in collaboration with the client.

Requirements

  • Administration experience: Extensive experience administering Jira, Confluence and/or Jira Service Management (JSM).
  • Customer focus: Strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • IT affinity & interest in digitalization: Keen interest in digitizing business processes.
  • Independent working style: You work independently, carefully and methodically.
  • Enjoyment of conceptual work & client interaction: Enjoy working on concepts and engaging with clients.
  • Team player, flexible & strong communicator: You are team-oriented, adaptable and have strong communication skills.
  • Atlassian certification: Ideally you hold a certification for Jira, Confluence or JSM.
  • Educational background: Completed vocational training or university degree.
  • Quick learner: You grasp new information and situations quickly and effectively.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in German and English.
