About the role

Design and implement technical growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
Build and maintain event tracking systems to capture and analyze user interactions within the platform.
Leverage frontend (Next.js) and backend (Go) technologies to build, test, and optimize features impacting key growth metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to identify growth opportunities and implement technical solutions.

3+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on growth, product, or full-stack development.
Experience with Next.js, React, and modern frontend development practices.
Proficiency in backend development with Go and RESTful API design.
Experience implementing and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.
Strong understanding of event tracking, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
Experience with funnel optimization and conversion rate improvements.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on metrics and measurable results.
Willingness to experiment and learn from both successes and failures.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and SQL.
