About the role
- As a Lead Platform Engineer in Customer Success, you develop and implement integrations between our product meshStack and the complex enterprise system landscapes of our customers.
- You work hands-on in production cloud environments, build reusable building blocks, and ensure that internal platforms grow technically clean, scalable, and sustainable.
- You structure integration projects, advise customers on technical decisions, and take end-to-end responsibility for implementation.
- Your focus is clearly on engineering excellence — in direct customer engagement.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in platform, DevOps, or cloud engineering with direct customer contact or consulting roles
- Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform / OpenTofu)
- Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes
- Experience integrating enterprise systems (IAM, ITSM, governance, etc.)
- Independent execution of technical projects with clear ownership
- Native-level German (C2) and fluent English (C1)
