• Generate accurate and timely sales and performance reports using data extracted from ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data, providing actionable insights to the executive team and sales leaders.
• Create detailed market heatmaps based on sales data to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive marketplace analyses to understand competitive positioning and market dynamics.
• Develop and maintain pipeline reports and reviews, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights into sales progress and forecasts.
• Analyze sales territories for penetration and effectiveness.
• Use geographic and sales data to optimize sales strategies and territory allocations.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Ensure dashboards provide real-time insights into sales metrics, performance indicators, and other critical business data.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and executive teams to share insights and recommend data-driven strategies for business growth and efficiency.
