About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for matters related to employee events, cultural initiatives, and overall well-being
- Plan and organize internal events and special projects that promote corporate culture
- Support colleagues by offering guidance and hands-on assistance to create an attractive workplace
- Assist the team with drafting, reviewing, and approving communication materials
- Help make the office an inspiring and pleasant place to work
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (from the 3rd semester onward)
- Interest in communications or public relations and enjoyment working in an international environment
- Proactive, hands-on work style with a strong service and hospitality mindset
- Creative, well-organized, and maintains a positive, flexible attitude
- Fluent in German and English
- Confident user of Office 365
