About the role

  • Management of contract manufacturers – maintenance of supplier contracts (quality assurance agreements) as well as regulatory and manufacturing-related documents
  • Support for the introduction of an established product at a new contract manufacturer
  • Assist in the review and tracking of deviations, change requests, associated corrective actions (CAPAs) and complaints
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency
  • Coordinate cross-functional topics and support the development of cross-departmental communication concepts and timelines
  • Create process flowcharts and draft/format master documents and work instructions

Requirements

  • You are a registered student of Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology or a related field (m/f/d), currently at least in your 7th semester, and have an excellent technical understanding
  • You have a strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in pharmaceutical technology and process engineering
  • You work very independently but also enjoy working in a team, show initiative and bring creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
  • You think logically and in a structured way, have a quick grasp of new topics and demonstrate a high level of responsibility
  • You are proficient and comfortable working independently with MS Office applications
  • You have very good written and spoken English skills
