About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Execute strategic sales plans driving market penetration, brand adoption, and business performance
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, and executive stakeholders
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities supporting regional growth

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance, and other teams to deliver business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting requirements, and operational standards
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership
  • Travel frequently throughout the assigned region to support customers and team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success leading and developing sales teams in a field-based environment
  • Strong strategic planning, account management, and business development capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level customer relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience managing sales performance through KPIs, coaching, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, is required
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned region
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales leadership
  • At least 5 years in area or regional sales management
