About the role
- Responsible for the brands' innovation and go-to-market strategy
- Market analysis and assortment optimization
- Development of pricing concepts to optimize profitability
- Planning media support for the portfolio
- Interface/stakeholder management and support for product launches
Requirements
- Degree in business, marketing or a comparable qualification
- Relevant marketing experience — ideally in the drugstore/personal care sector
- Knowledge of the Austrian retail landscape
- Experience implementing digital initiatives, particularly in social media
- Familiarity with developing advertising campaigns, media planning and POS activities
- Strong analytical skills and persuasive communication
- Business-fluent English
- Strategic thinking and strong numerical aptitude
