About the role

  • Support the migration of existing digital learning content to a new platform.
  • Upload content with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure adherence to established structures, naming conventions, and quality standards.
  • Tag, categorize, and organize content according to predefined guidelines.
  • Help improve consistency and enhance content findability and searchability across the platform.
  • Assist with documentation and project-related administrative tasks.
  • Prepare basic overviews, lists, and trackers for the team.
  • Support meeting preparation, including gathering materials and updating project trackers.

Requirements

  • Interest in digital content management, scientific projects, and project coordination.
  • Enrolled as a student in medicine, life sciences, health sciences, medical communication, or a related field.
  • Interest in medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical regulations, digital platforms, content management, and structured working methods.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); strong digital affinity is a plus.
  • Very good English skills; German language skills are optional.
