About the role

  • Manage quality processes, handle deviations, CAPA and complaints
  • Control, coordinate, follow up and review quality processes
  • Develop, analyze and present quality metrics
  • Ensure Quality Oversight and conduct root cause investigations
  • Support and prepare audits and inspections (internal and external), including reporting and follow-up
  • Support Quality Management reporting

Requirements

  • University degree in a technical or natural sciences field (university or university of applied sciences)
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management systems and quality assurance
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident user of Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Reliable, responsible, a team player, and focused on targets and results
