About the role
- The advertised position is required 100% for project work to build a packaging line and establish all necessary processes.
- In quality management, you will monitor and ensure the quality of packaging materials and associated processes.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards.
- Perform oversight function for document transfers in the event of quality issues.
- Develop and implement changes to packaging designs and labels.
- Responsible for the selection, evaluation and development of suppliers for packaging materials.
Requirements
- Degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Solid knowledge in quality management, change management and supplier management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a GMP environment (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements such as FDA, EMA or ISO 13485.
- Desirable: Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
- Desirable: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Desirable: Certification in packaging technology (e.g., Certified Packaging Professional, CPP).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
