About the role

  • You lead the development and adaptation of regional brand strategies.
  • You drive the regional tailoring of global B2C and B2B brand campaigns.
  • You act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • You define and shape the full consumer and customer journey strategy.
  • You drive patient and HCP demand generation strategies.
  • You analyze consumer and market performance for growth opportunities.
  • You collaborate closely with local markets to integrate insights.

Requirements

  • You have a university degree in business, marketing/communication, or an equivalent field.
  • You have +5 years of experience in Brand and/or Product Management.
  • You have experience in both B2B and B2C brand marketing.
  • You are skilled in cross-functional collaboration,
  • You ideally have experience in both local and international/multicultural settings.
  • You are proficient in MS Office.
  • You have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
