About the role
- Project execution: Manage end-to-end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across EMEA to align project goals with business needs.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and blockers early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Team Coordination: Foster collaboration among team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certifications in Digital Technologies, Agile, PMP, or Scrum are highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years managing international digital projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Fluency in English is required; other European languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and digital trends in the pharma industry
