About the role
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings
- Scheduling and tracking appointments for the Regional Manager
- Maintain close contact with branch managers
- Serve as a point of contact for all day-to-day branch matters
- Support in preparing, planning and booking business travel
- Professional handling of incoming calls
- Regular preparation of various reports and overviews related to timekeeping
- Management of the applicant portal "Softgarden"
- Support for ongoing projects and taking on additional day-to-day tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, hotel clerk or legal secretary/assistant)
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Proficiency with modern communication tools
- In particular, proficiency in common MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to communicate at all levels
- Flexibility, ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
