About the role

  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Scheduling and tracking appointments for the Regional Manager
  • Maintain close contact with branch managers
  • Serve as a point of contact for all day-to-day branch matters

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, hotel clerk or legal secretary/assistant)
  • Professional experience in a comparable position
  • Proficiency with modern communication tools
  • In particular, proficiency in common MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to communicate at all levels
  • Flexibility, ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
