About the role
- Responsible for actively selling the entire product range within your district
- Managing and supporting a regular customer base, primarily from the home office
- Implementing sales targets and measures in line with company and sales strategy
- Advising and supporting customers to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Maintaining relevant customer data
- Conducting market monitoring and competitor analyses
- Sales and revenue planning for the assigned territory
- Contributing to the design and implementation of sales strategies
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in successful field/outside sales and demonstrable leadership experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals
- Excellent team and communication skills, and a confident, professional manner when dealing with customers
