About the role
- Overall responsibility for the system software
- Support in expanding the department’s headcount
- Designing and refactoring software
- Implementing new requirements from product management
- Managing and leading the software developers
- Hands-on execution and optimization of the development process: architecture, design, implementation, testing and bug tracking
- Close collaboration with other teams within the department
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in software development for system or device control and distributed systems
- Excellent knowledge of C and C++
- Experience with Embedded Linux
- Practical experience in people management is desirable
- Experience applying agile project management methods is an advantage
