About the role
- Develop and program system-level software components for Linux-based control modules
- Driver development in C as well as application development in C++
- Configure embedded ARM-based Linux operating systems and integrate them into existing build processes
- Design and implement methods to secure various interfaces and software components
- Communicate with external service providers and certification bodies
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering, or alternatively vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker)
- Several years of professional experience in Embedded Linux software development
- Knowledge of Security & Cryptography on Linux and experience with kernel/drivers is an advantage
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, Jenkins
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Team player with reliability and a structured working style
