About the role

  • Support the Head of Marketing in day-to-day operational activities
  • Ensure the smooth execution of all administrative and organizational processes
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and workshops, and take minutes
  • Organize regular team meetings and ensure structured internal alignment
  • Manage budgets, purchase orders and invoices
  • Prepare presentations, reports and decision documents
  • Support internal communication initiatives and marketing projects
  • Take responsibility for general office and administrative tasks for the entire marketing team

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in business/office administration or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in an assistant or team support role desirable
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing processes and structures
  • Proactive approach, ability to work independently and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills in German and English
