About the role
- Support with the administrative handling of daily business
- Point of contact for branches on sales-related matters
- Review of invoices as well as digital filing and maintenance of sales-related documents
- Maintenance and updating of lists, overviews and master data
- Coordination of external processes (e.g., GEMA) including communication, follow-up and deadline monitoring
- Preparation of reports, analyses, checklists and central documents for the sales department
- Support in organizing sales-wide projects, campaigns and events, as well as written and telephone correspondence with internal and external contacts
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in a commercial, administrative or operational sales environment
- Confident use of MS Office and a basic affinity for systems and data
- Structured, meticulous and reliable working style
- Team player
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
