About the role
- Technical support for a fixed service area in a variety of tasks
- Commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming machines
- On-site customer support for technical questions
- Networking tasks and occasional cash collection from machines
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, information technology, or radio and television technology
- Professional experience as a field service technician, ideally in the gaming/machine industry
- Knowledge of communication systems and networking (Ethernet technologies, cabling and components such as switches) is desirable
- Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
