About the role

  • Technical support for a fixed service area in a variety of tasks
  • Commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming machines
  • On-site customer support for technical questions
  • Networking tasks and occasional cash collection from machines

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, information technology, or radio and television technology
  • Professional experience as a field service technician, ideally in the gaming/machine industry
  • Knowledge of communication systems and networking (Ethernet technologies, cabling and components such as switches) is desirable
  • Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
