About the role

  • Provide technical support for a designated service area in a variety of tasks
  • Commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming machines
  • Respond to technical inquiries on-site
  • Perform tasks related to network technology
  • Occasionally perform cash collections (cash handling from machines)
  • Receive daily work orders in digital format
  • Service a regular customer base

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in electronics, information technology or radio and television technology
  • Practical experience as a field technician, ideally in the gaming machine industry
  • Knowledge of communication and network technology (Ethernet technology, cabling and components such as switches) is desirable
  • Outgoing and service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
