About the role
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating our three bars
- Ensuring a smooth service operation
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
- General guest service
- Scheduling and directing staff
- Supervising staff with authority to give professional instructions in the service area
- Assigning employee break times
- Performing and verifying cash settlements and reconciliations
- Working in trusted collaboration with Food & Beverage Management
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or food & beverage service
- Positive demeanor and strong customer service orientation
- Team player with a committed work ethic and courteous manners
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Reliable and efficient working style, even during busy periods
- Basic computer/IT skills
- Very good spoken and written German and good English
