About the role

  • Ensure IT operations at headquarters and branch locations
  • Install, maintain and further develop systems and networks (WAN/LAN, servers, telephone systems, multimedia)
  • Provide user support, incident and problem management including documentation
  • Maintain user profiles, Group Policies and file servers
  • Set up workstations and configure hardware and networks
  • Further develop central services and automation solutions

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in IT
  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a system administrator
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments (Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS/DHCP/VPN, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Experience with software deployment (e.g. Ivanti DSM), ticketing systems (e.g. OTOBO, Jira) and network technologies (routers, switches, WLAN)
  • Hands-on mentality, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills
  • Very good German and good English language skills
