About the role

  • Self-directed active sales of the company’s entire product range in your assigned district
  • Management of an established customer base, primarily from the home office
  • Implementation of sales targets and measures in line with the company and sales strategy
  • Advising and supporting customers to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Maintenance of relevant customer data
  • Conducting market monitoring and competitor analyses
  • Sales and revenue planning for the assigned territory

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau) or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of successful outside/field sales experience and demonstrable leadership experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage
  • Confident negotiation and strong closing skills
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Confident and professional manner in customer interactions
