About the role
- You will strengthen our team in supporting and further developing the SAP modules CS and SD, as well as in the implementation of SAP CX Service and SAP FSM.
- Support of current solutions for technician scheduling/dispatch and assistance with the rollout of a new cloud-based Field Service Management system.
- Migration/transformation of the service applications to S/4 HANA.
- Advising business units in defining requirements and creating solution concepts.
- Advising and training the business departments.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or Business Administration.
- Experience as a consultant for SAP SD or SAP CS, or alternatively as a key user in Sales or Service.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills for conducting workshops.
- Good German and English skills.
