About the role

  • Support the Head of Marketing in day-to-day operational activities
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative and organizational processes
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and workshops
  • Take minutes and prepare and follow up on meetings
  • Organize regular team meetings
  • Manage budgets, purchase orders and invoices
  • Ensure transparent and reliable control of administrative procedures
  • Professionally prepare presentations, reports and decision papers
  • Maintain up-to-date project overviews, calendars and document repositories
  • Support internal communication activities and marketing projects
  • Act as an interface between Marketing, other departments and external partners
  • Organize and process business travel arrangements and expense claims
  • Responsible for general office and administrative tasks for the entire marketing team

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in an assistant or team support role desirable
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing processes and structures
  • Proactive approach, ability to work independently and solution-oriented mindset
  • Confident written and verbal communication in German and English
