About the role
- Perform professional repairs, maintenance, and fault rectification on electrical systems in branches.
- Carry out general minor handyman repairs, including preparatory work for equipment installation (e.g., ovens).
- Relocate sockets and light switches or perform simple inspection and remedial tasks.
- Assist with decommissioning, renovation, and conversion work, particularly concerning electrical systems.
- Convert and install lighting fixtures and decorative elements.
- Inspect the work of external contractors and ensure proper professional execution.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g., Electrician or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Services, or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in maintenance of electrical systems or in technical facility management is an advantage
- Manual dexterity and ideally experience in general tasks such as furniture assembly or painting
- Class B driver’s license and flexibility with willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Team player with a service-oriented manner and a structured, self-reliant way of working
