About the role

  • Play a central role in the company's financial management and control
  • Analyze and validate monthly reports
  • Discuss results collaboratively with the responsible report authors/stakeholders
  • Present key findings tailored to the target audience
  • Create, maintain, and analyze budgets and forecasts during the annual planning cycle
  • Actively participate in the year-end closing process and support internal reporting, including thorough variance analyses
  • Prepare regular monthly and quarterly reports as well as complex ad‑hoc analyses on sales, revenue and cost developments, competitors, or business cases
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, a degree in business administration/economics, or a comparable professional qualification (e.g., certified accountant)
  • Initial professional experience in controlling (management accounting) or accounting
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with SAP FI/CO modules is an advantage
  • Initial experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus
  • Analytical mindset, commitment, curiosity, and strong teamwork and communication skills
