About the role
- Ensure our quality standards by performing comprehensive testing of software and hardware components
- Prepare for the introduction of new components and implement updates and patches
- Perform error analysis and troubleshooting as part of third-level support
- Work closely with specialist departments to specify new requirements
- Document processes and solutions and participate in projects to further develop our components
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding, manual dexterity, and confident use of hand tools
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Good English skills are an advantage
- Independent and reliable working style, strong commitment, and a high degree of teamwork, flexibility and dedication
- Willingness to learn new technologies and subject areas
