About the role
- Responsible for the strategic development and expansion of digital learning content for companies within the MERKUR GROUP
- Preparing complex learning content tailored to target groups and conducive to learning
- Designing and producing e-learning courses for the long-term, needs-based qualification of our employees
- Consolidating and further developing the department’s structures and processes
- Collaborating with the HR development team on strategic and cross-departmental projects
Requirements
- Completed degree in Education, Social Education, Psychology, Business or Organizational Psychology, Business Education, Human Resources Development, or a related field
- Experience in designing and producing digital learning content and at least two years of professional experience in HR development
- Ability to quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with complex technical topics and to communicate them clearly
- Strong didactic and methodological expertise
