About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and analyze tender alerts to identify opportunities aligned with Merit Medical’s product portfolio
  • Prepare and submit compelling, compliant tender applications via web portals or email
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop pricing strategies and ensure timely, accurate submissions
  • Maintain awarded tenders in our Oracle system and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations
  • Keep e-catalogues and product classifications up to date and accurate
  • Analyze contract awards and performance metrics, including price adjustments and usage trends
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams to ensure complete and compliant submissions
  • Proactively inform Sales of upcoming tender renewals to support timely customer engagement
  • Contribute to diverse projects aimed at enhancing and streamlining our internal processes
  • Providing support with additional tasks and assisting colleagues across regions, as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tender or contract management, or a related field is a preference
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with tender portals and/or ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
  • Experience working in a cross-functional and/or international environment
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, public procurement)
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
  • Additional European languages are a plus
